Exactly what I wanted. Beautiful design. A little heavier than I expected, but balances out perfectly

I Finally Got It!
Thanks for a chance for an average Joe to own a Real Sword! This Shinwa Knights Dragon Katana is Beautiful and Well-Made for the price ! Thick Damascus Steel that feels right and able to defend ones Honor at a Moment's notice! Do the research and listen to the good stories about the " Quality and Reputations "of Shinwa Swords ,you won't be Disappointed

Great for the price
A very nice katakana, a huge step up from the stuff you'll find on amazon!
However the dragon design is MUCH more distracting in real life.
The transfer and detail is GREAT! but unlike the photo, the outline is Neon Green.
The sword can with a slight edge out of the box, so it's not dull, but if you plan on cutting anything, you'll want to spend some time sharpening it.

Still my fav katana
Out of all the katanas I own in this price range this came the best feeling and still solid as a rock years later and I've used it to cut some stuff here and there, very cool looking blade, not too much a fan of the Dragon on the scabbard but oh well it's all super solid and worth it

It's beautiful
My first time buying this sword and holding it for the first time was the best experience. The sword is amazing and I never seen a Damascus steel sword this close to finally owning one. I will buy another one, it's worth the money for such a sharp and beautiful sword to have in your collection.

Great for the money
I have always wanted to have a small collection of unique Katans, and this sword is my first ever sword purchase. I really like it. My two critiques of this sword is that the pegs done at the handle were shotty and I will have to get that fixed and the Tsiah was a one size fits all with a lot of slop. Other then that, all parts were metal and of good quality, the sword feels heavy and strong in the hand, the etching was well done (complete with serial number), and the paint job on the Tsiah was AWESOME! Yes, I would recommend this sword to a low end buyer.... like me who just wanted one to see if I liked it as much as I thought I would. I DID! Everything came as advertised, and the people behind the web site took good care of me and answered all my questions. I will buy from these guys again.

Great for the money
Really nice for the money. Sure Shinwa is not as good as my Cold steel or Hanwei swords I own but I paid a heck of a lot more for them. Over all for the price you could not get a better functional sword such as this that actually could be used in battle. I hear people cry “I dented my Shinwa sword†what do you expect for a low price and hitting a hard target would do? Lol. If you want a sword that can take a ass whipping well you have tp pay ass whooping price. lol Over all though the swords are great for the price and I will definiatly buy more Shinwa’s in the future.

Received my swords today, got one hell of deal with the BOGO offer! Couldn't be happier good solid sword for not alot of money. Not very sharp but sharpened nicely without to much effort. Look forward to my next Shinwa purchase

I Was Skeptical about buying a Shinwa sword because I wasn't able to find much about the quality or reliability. But I took a chance because the sword looked really good and i could just return it if I was not satisfied. The Sword is great! Its beautiful and sturdy and the craftsmanship seems top notch. I am not a sword expert, but after years of buying cheap swords I can tell you that this is not one. After a little sharpening it was able to cut through plastic, and wood. GREAT Sword Very Satisfied!!
