This Raging Waters Katana was named after the unique tsuba design which features intricately detailed samurai art of a raging storm at sea. This battle-ready katana features a 1045 carbon steel blade that was hand-forged and then honed to a razor's edge. A hardwood handle is double-pegged to the full-tang blade and then wrapped in faux ray skin and traditional cotton cordage. While this sword could be displayed proudly with your sword collection, it is truely at home slicing through rolled grass mats and bamboo stalks. Get yours today and we promise you won't be disappointed!

this sword without a fake Harmon line is superb and extremely sharp out of the box with no edge burrs, Tight, great balance and at a give away price for the extreme quality it is. Buy one today. It is a serious threat to anything it hits.

Great sword for anyone who never had a katana.

Got this sword yesterday, it is my first katana and I have to say I am very pleased for the low price. It came sharp and so far I have no problems with the tsuba or the blade itself. No rattling and very easy to swing.

Very high quality for the price

Just got this in the mail and it is of much better build quality than the price would indicate. Very solid feel and excellent balance.

This sword is unbelievable for what you pay solid construction. Full tang and sharp no frills no fake hamon just an excellent hand forged blade with blood groove all you have to do is razor sharp the blade and you have one hell of a fine weapon that can take whatever you throw at it worth every penny.Great Sword....

This sword it is easily as good as some three hundred dollar swords I have seen so as far as I am concerned this sword is a must have for anyone who likes sword because it is cheap enough to beat up but sturdy enough to stand up to what ever you have to throw at it.

This thing is a very solid sword. Splits through cardboard like air. Only one problem though, the tsuba started to click up and Down after awhile.

very nice

I'm very impressed with this blade, it's very well made, sharp right out of the box, sturdy and simply gorgeous. with the factory edge I sliced through a 4X4 cardboard shipping box cleanly. when I ordered this sword I was expecting a $40 sword, what I got was surprisingly well made and of excellent quality. for anyone looking for a good blade for practice and doesn't want to use their higher priced blades, you need to buy this one
