Got this knife with a free hat. Hat is great but for the money, excellent knife for the money, it's stout and sharpens to a great edge and is quick to open. I liked it so much I ordered another one. If your a knife person I definitely recommend this one to add to your collection.

Hat is really cool. The knife, I can't say enough good things about it! Action is smooth and fast. Blade is tough and holds an edge. Grip is solid and confident. Love it!

Hopefully, you buy this for the hat, not the knife! For 10 bucks, the hat is worth the price! The knife, you could lose some fingers, as the locking mechanism (a thin piece of poorly made sheet metal), barely locks in place, if you can get it to lock at all. The knife is only good for using as a letter opener, or box cutter, but it's so unsafe and poorly made I wouldn't recommend it even for that. 5 stars for the hat, -1 stars on the knife.

I grew up reading Punisher comics in the 80's, and as an adult I'm still a sucker for anything with a Punisher skull on it. When I saw this for under $10.00, I added it to an order, figuring I'd just toss it in my collection for the heck of it. Once it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how well made it is for the price.The assisted opening mechanism is lightning fast, even on the first try. Usually knives like this take a bit of breaking in before they work properly. The speed is actually comparable to an automatic knife. I own several assisted opening knives, and this one is by far the fastest one I own. The liner lock engages very securely every time, and the blade has no play in it once locked into place. When folded, the blade is perfectly centered in the handle, which is surprising for such an inexpensive knife. The blade came reasonably sharp right out of the box and took a very fine edge after using an oil stone on it. The handle feels good in my hand, and while the scales are just made from thin aluminum, they are textured and provide a fair amount of grip. The blade spurs make an effective hand guard once the blade is deployed. The blade is fairly thin,and made from budget steel, so I wouldn't recommend using it for any kind of heavy duty use, but if like myself, you primarily use a knife at work to open boxes, cut straps ect,, this could make for a cheap, yet functional, EDC. All in all, this is a great knife for $7.99.

I bought this for "what the heck" and was not disappointed. The assisted action is the fastest I have ever seen. Knife feels good in my hand and the blade is very sharp. The skull on the side is neat and I painted it in with red eyes.

I just received the Dark Sides Blades Silver Skull Knife today in the mail and it is already one of my favorite pocket knifes! It opens in the blink of an eye and feels very comfortable in the grip of my hand. The silver skull on the knife gives it a spooky look. The belt clip will allow me to carry it with me wherever I go and will be there whenever I need it. I highly recommend giving this knife as a gift to anyone who loves knifes or is in need of a great pocket knife.

Instantly became one of my favorites! Lightweight, comfortable in hand and pocket, very smooth and fast opening. Definitely something Frank Castle would carry!
