Paying respects to one of feudal Japan’s greatest Samurai warriors, Oda Nabunga, this katana is an exquisite weapon. It has a full-tang, 26 1/2” carbon steel blade with a simulated snakeskin-wrapped, cast-metal handle. The intricately cast-metal tsuba is in the shape of an entwined dragon and serpent, which is complemented by a cast-metal, dragon head pommel. Both the tsuba and pommel has a highly polished, gold-colored finish. The 38” overall katana slides smoothly into black lacquered scabbard with painted accents and traditional cord-wrapping. The scabbard also houses two concealed weapons, a throwing spike and throwing knife.
