Whether you’re battling adversaries on land or on sea, the Kojiro® Kraken Wakizashi puts the biting power of the mythic sea monster in your grip. The wakizashi has a 20 1/2” carbon steel blade with a burned finish and a deep, purple coating, extending from a scale-patterned antiqued metal habaki. The hardwood handle is wrapped in brown, leather cord over black, faux rayskin and it has a black, metal pommel. The black metal alloy, tsuba is embossed with a scene featuring the Kraken, the legendary monster of the deep. The 30 1/2” wakizashi can be sheathed in a leather scabbard textured and painted in a sucker design inspired by a Kraken’s tentacle. The scabbard also has an adjustable leather shoulder strap so that you can just sling the katana over your shoulder and go.
