Trading traditional trappings for sleek contemporary style, the cutting edge Boshin® is an undeniably modern weapon. Textured TPR shrouds the handle for an ergonomic no-slip grip and the handle is crowned with an oversized polished steel pommel. The guard snubs fanciful ornamentation in favor of a practical pointed ellipse design. Nice Looking Good Value but...

Sword is really sweet looking, not too heavy and I love the double edge. However... I will need to spend serious time honing the blade. Barely sliced the cardboard it came in. The other, smaller Honshus I've purchased here from United Cutlery are all much sharper.

Love this sword!

The unique design alone is spectacular. However, the balance, weight, grip, and blade are perfect. I’m very impressed to say the least. The product description, if anything, falls short of describing its impressive characteristics. My favorite aspect is the double bladed straight sword design with the incorporation of Japanese facets. I performed the slice test on some fruit mimicking flesh and it exceeds expectations. Very satisfied with this SHTF event worthy blade. Definitely recommending it to others.

Great Fit, No Rattling !

Great Fit ! All the parts were tight , did not hear or feel any rattling or loose parts. Blade beautifully finished. An awesome sword ! I am keeping this one ! Gregg,
