pretty cool little knife not to sharp right out of the box but after a few hits with a smoth cut file its fairly sharp allright for the price.

After I tried using the deer skinner, I was surprised at how smoothly it cut. I've been using my outdoor edge swingblaze pack and a 6'3/8 inch fillet knife on some nutria and possum and decided to get this little skinner for help. it performed the task to my high expectation! awesome knife!

due to the price of the skinner I had some reservations about the quality of the knife. But for $6 I figured it wouldn't matter. The knife arrived within 3 days and didn't need sharpening. My son has shot a few rabbits while we're waiting for deer season to begin and used the skinner. It worked great. I bought another one.

I love this knife. It looks great and it feels great! Not that sharp when you first get it but I also bought a knife sharpener and after sharpening it, it is now my favorite knife!
