AMAZEBALLS
I am so excited about this cleaver. First off this thing is HUGE, like really large. Cleaver knives have become blunt end chef knives over the last couple of decades but this blade is wide, thick and heavy. Tested it on one of my dogs cow shin chew bones and it shattered the bone in the thickest part with ZERO blade damage. The blade is carbon steel so you need to care for the steel to prevent rusting and came with a heavy layer of packing grease, which I appreciate. I am a big guy with bing hands (size 14.5 ring) and the finger holes in the brass knuckle guard are comfortable with no rubbing. My similar 1918 trench knife needed a great deal of filing/sanding for my fingers to fit comfortably, but this cleaver fit my fingers out of the box. I was nervous about getting a junk knife at this price point, but this is a large piece of solid steel and worth EVERY penny. You would be looking at a custom made knife over $150 to get in the range of this beast. Thanks for a great knife. PS comes with a black leather sheath as a nice bonus.

Knife ???? Sheath ????
The knife isn’t bad but the blade sticks out of the sheath by a 8th of a inch
